The IMPACT Process℠
The Investigation stage reviews our client’s past marketing efforts, narrows their target market and defines their Unique Selling Proposition (USP) through interviews, data collection, SWOT analysis, competitive analysis and a white board session.
During this process, our client moves into the second stage, Mentorship which gives our clients the support and knowledge needed to make critical sales and marketing decisions.
This data is then compiled into a high-level sales and marketing Plan which can either stand alone or is integrated into a company’s current plan.
The true test of a plan is to put it into Action. Our team can either transfer the skills to your support team as we guide them through the implementation or our team members can implement the plan for you.
