Founder & CEO
Norine is a relationship-builder, sales trainer, national speaker, and author. She founded Networking with Impact (NWI) in 2008, specializing in developing networking strategies and comprehensive sales and marketing plans for businesses. Norine expanded her company’s services in 2017, when she opened NWI Business Solutions offering her clients full-service marketing tools to support their networking and sales efforts. She possesses an eclectic background in nursing, psychology, coaching, sales development, and marketing. This unique range of experiences has provided the foundation for her award-winning relationship-building strategies, The Common Thread Marketing Process℠, the IMPACT Process℠, and most recently the NWI Attract-Cultivate-Retain Processᵀᴹ. By coaching business owners and C-level executives on her proprietary networking processes and directing companies in designing an integrated sales and marketing systems, Norine has been able to help her clients:

Heidi has held executive roles at Motorola and at medium-sized, fast-growing tech software companies in the AI and automation space. Heidi has a B.S. in Business plus an MBA. She worked abroad in Europe for 11 years, holds two patents, and was recognized as one of the top 40 women in Innovation by Front End of Innovation. Heidi is a recognized industry expert and sought-after speaker who helps businesses with their GTM/Go-to-market plans and marketing/sales strategy through to implementation and results. Sunny Muehleman Blashe
Marketing Communications Strategist/Analyst
Sunny is NWI’s Marketing Communications Strategist/Analyst. She has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising and over 8 years of experience with content marketing, analytics reporting, email communications, social media, and copywriting.
Jenny Phipps
Project Manager
Jenny has worked for NWI for 8 years as Project Manager and Admin to the President. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics plus a Certificate in Purchasing, Logistics, and Material Management and achieved her CSM. Jenny has a background in procurement and subcontracting from multiple Fortune 500 companies, including defense contractors, on supply management teams.
Brandon Welch
Website Design and Cybersecurity
Brandon has 10+ years of experience in web design, development, and UX. Brandon combines technical skills with creative vision; including 7+ years with NWI. He holds a BFA in Web Design and a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction for design and user-centered methodologies.

Creative Marketing, Brand, and Graphic Design Leader with 25+ years of professional experience in creating on-brand creative assets in digital and print.
